Which payment methods are there?

Your payment will be transacted by the online payment service PayPal. The following payment methods are available:

• PayPal
• Credit/Debit card ¹
• Direct debit ²

¹ A valid PayPal account is not required to use this payment type.
² This payment method is not available in all countries.

How can I get a quotation for the software AllSync?

Can I place orders on account?

No, orders on account are not available.

How secure is ordering through the Online Shop?

The entire order process is protected via a secure SSL connection. This means that your order details will be encrypted and securely transmitted to us.

Which delivery methods are available?

The order confirmation, invoice and license data for the software AllSync will be sent to you via E-Mail.

How long does the delivery take?

After receiving your payment we will send you the license data for the software AllSync within 24 hours to your E-Mail address.

Can I have licenses issued in the name of another individual or company?

Yes, that is possible. Please select the option 'Name of another company or person' at the Online Shop in the Licensing section.

Can collective orders be placed for more than one individual or company?

Yes, that is possible. For each individual or company you must add a separate product to the shopping cart. Example: You want to order a license of the AllSync Business Edition for 3 different customers. In that case you have to add the product 'AllSync Business Edition' 3x to the shopping cart. This enables you to specify different licensee data for each customer at the Licensing section.

How do I get an invoice?

The invoice will be emailed to you as a PDF document together with the license data within 24 hours after receipt of payment. If required, you can then download the invoice again from your customer account.

When do I get the license key for the software AllSync?

We will send the AllSync license key to you as soon as we receive payment via E-Mail. Sometimes delivery via E-Mail may take up to 24 hours after ordering, as the E-Mail containing the license key is not generated automatically.

How do I get the full version after purchasing AllSync?

You can download the full version of AllSync in the protected Download Area for customer using your license data.

Can I enable the demo version using the license key?

No, this isn't possible. You have to download the full version from the protected Download Area for customer and install it over the demo version. However, all the settings made by you in the demo version are preserved.

Are updates free of charge?

Software updates for the version of AllSync purchased by you are made available free of charge in the protected Download Area for customer. When a new major release is issued (e.g. from version 3.x to 4.x) you are offered a discount for upgrading to the new version.

What support do I get after purchasing AllSync?

You receive support free of charge via our Forum and by E-Mail.

How can I increase the number of licenses shown in the license data?

Please order the additional licenses for the same product edition of AllSync in the Online Shop and select the option "Increase license count of this license data" in the Licensing section. This ensures that the license count of your existing license data will be increased by the license amount of your new order.

Can I upgrade my Home or Professional Edition to a higher product edition?

Yes, that is possible. See upgrade information for AllSync product editions.

How can I upgrade my AllSync version 1.x/2.x/3.x license to the latest version?
