Can licenses be issued in a different name?Yes, this is possible. To do this, select the option in the name of another company or person in the online shop in the section Licensing under In which name should the license be issued?.

Are collective orders for different people or companies possible?Yes, our online shop supports collective orders. To do this, you must add each license package intended for another person or company to the shopping cart as a separate product with the desired license quantity.
Example: You want to order one AllSync Business Edition license for three customers each. Add the product AllSync Business Edition to the shopping cart three times with the license quantity 1.

How do I receive my invoice?The invoice will be sent to you as a PDF document along with the license data via email. You can also download the invoice in your customer account after receipt.

Where can I download the full version of AllSync?You can download the full version of AllSync using your license data in the Customer Download Area.

Can the demo version be activated with the license data?No, the demo version cannot be activated. You must download the full version from the Download Area and install it over the demo version. Your settings will be automatically adopted.

Are software updates free of charge?New updates for your purchased AllSync version are made available free of charge in the Customer Download Area. For a new major version (e.g., from Version 3 to 4), you have the option to upgrade to the new version at a discounted price.

How can I extend the license quantity of my license data?For this purpose, order the additional quantity of the same product edition in the online shop. In the section Licensing, select the option Extend the license quantity of the following license data. The quantity of your existing license data will then be extended by the new ordered quantity.
Note: Older orders cannot be offset against the new order to obtain a cheaper unit price.
