Reference File
A reference file is saved after a copy operation when the 'Synchronize' copy mode is used and the File Conflict or Structure Conflict options are enabled. The reference file contains a list of all files and folders from the last synchronization and is used to detect file or structure conflicts.Before each synchronization, the reference file is read and updated during the copy operation. At the end of the copy operation, the updated reference file is saved again.
Detection of file or structure conflicts is only possible if at least one copy operation has already been performed with the corresponding profile and a reference file was created.
The reference file can be manually deleted using the Delete Reference File button.
Important Notes
The File Conflict or Structure Conflict options can also be used with multiple source and destination folders — provided each folder path is used only once in the list.Valid Folder Pairs

Invalid Folder Pairs

Solution: Split the folder pairs into three separate profiles so that the reference data for each folder pair is stored correctly and independently.
Tip: Use the Profile Chaining feature if you want to run the splitted profiles automatically and in a fixed sequence.
